This is a ballet fitness class for adults which is designed and choreographed to build upper-body strength, core strength improved flexibility and posture. No experience needed.

Older adult/senior Ballet fitness
This ballet fitness class for adults senior (from 60 years old and older) is low impact, works on core strength and flexibility to aid independence. The class offers an engaging and enjoyable option for physical activity. There are a diverse range of exercises which older adults can participate in that encourages them to complete their recommended daily guidelines of exercise per week but the underpinning factor to long term activity is enjoyment and fun.

Children Dance Fitness
Suitable for 7 to 13 years. Our fun dance and drama based classes are designed around children and young people and will help keep them fit while teaching them some of the softer social skills without them even noticing.

These are virtual classes for students who may struggle attending in studio classes and which to do exercises through zoom.
