
Classical Ballet

Pre-Ballet
Suitable for 3 years to 5 years. A fun and imaginative introduction to the world of Ballet. We explore music, rhythms and movement in a gentle, encouraging way. The class uses imaginative ideas and story telling to introduce basic ballet steps.

Ballet 1
Suitable for 6 to 8 years. This class focus is on pure strength in the arm, back and leg movements to prepare students for jumps and turns. In this class we engage turn-out, flexibility exercises and creative movements are included.

Suitable for 9 to 11 years. This class will develop the strength of the legs and feet through the use of demi-pointe and starting to do elementary turning movements. Students who meet physical and technical requirements will begin pointe work at this level.

Ballet 3
Suitable for 12 to 14 years. This class focuses on muscular control, a mastery of the elementary exercises, developing a fine style and artistry. The students will have more complex exercises.
Ballet 2
Pointe Class

Ballet 4
Suitable for 15 and older. The students will have more complex combinations and exercises done on demi-pointe (girls en pointe) and performance skills. Students are encouraged to take more pointe and begin partnering lessons.

All pointe classes are designed for students with previous ballet training. Students will use previously learned ballet technique while working in pointe shoes. Each class includes barre exercises, centre floor work and across the floor combinations. These exercises focus on strengthening the feet and ankles.

Adult class
Suitable from all range of ages starting from 18 years. These lessons are aimed at providing students with little or no training the opportunity to begin study at an elementary level, progressing at a pace that fits the needs of the particular group of students.

Online Ballet
Ballet Classes for all ages through zoom to work through a warm-up, ballet barre, stretch and centre work that can be performed in your home.
